Robocall, recording of mans voice saying they are offering cash offers for homes in your area. If interested, call back at this numer (both the number that calls you/shows in the caller ID AND is given) and gives zero options to remove or block future calls/remove from lists. When you call the nbr to have words with them, you get a recording saying the number is not in service. Scam, illegal to provide no option to opt out.
