I recieved this exact call today!

I received a call from this number a month or so ago and it was a woman who left a message stating someone will be by my place of employment to serve papers the next day. Something about insufficient funds checks. Then today I got an automated message from the same number saying a uniformed officer showed up to get a signature and I was not home. And to press one to be connected... hmm. No thanks! Lol! Phishing for sure.

January 6, 2020 - Received call from (602) 635-3132 VM left as follows: “This is the office of Sullivan and Associates we are contacting you today regarding documents that are attached to your name and Social Security number they will require your signature this is a notification that a _?_?_?_?_ courier will be out to your residence accompanied by a uniform the _?_?_?_?_?_?_ for safety purposes as a courtesy we would have to notify the landlord or management company one hour prior to arrival if no one is present they will come to the place of employment within the next business day upon arrival you will need two forms of valid ID and the supervisor present as a witness to receive your signature if you cannot be located this will report it as a direct refusal I had a missed appearance contact us immediately to request more information if we do not hear from you we have to document this is a refusal and file the complaint in its present condition your complaint number is…”

Phishing call, don't answer any questions .

This was a phone call stating there is a lawsuit against me for a non sufficient funds check and to expect an agent to appear at my home or place of employment to sign documents to move forward with the lawsuit. The call was a threat to not ignore the message and to pay the bill.
