Who called me from this phone number (602) 400-2596

Received cold call by this person, expressing interest in purchasing my home, even though I'm on the federal do not call list, and have no personal relationship with this individual. Found that he is a short seller listed at Zillo; see: https://www.zillow.com/profile/jpaul4245/ He obviously doesn't know or follow basic phone solicitation laws, so would recommend never answering his calls.
