Seems like a legit number to me, from APS. They said they were changing a meter and there was no attempt to collect money. It was a robocall.
Recorded female voice self-identified as an automated caller. Message stated my "services" would be shut down unless I pressed one to talk to a live person. Rotten criminal scare tactics.
Missed three calls from this number. I don't live in Arizona for over a year now, blocking this number.
3/24/21 Got a call form APS Cust SCV -RE 602-371-7171 (this is what came across my caller ID) They advised they were in route to shut my power down unless I paid $499. Please note, I asked them to confirm my acct number and he said last 4 digits is 0000. I then advised this is a scam call but I would be waiting for him with a policeman should he show up!!!!!!
Like so many others, this was call stating my APS bill was past due. I am not an APS customer. Total scam. Just block or not answer. Also my call came in thru international link of +602-371-7171
States still owe a balance of $100. Payment arrangement? Robo call.

just rec'd a call -- apparently i have an unpaid balance and need to make arrangements to pay it or my services will be disconnected today. the phone number is legit, the call back numbers are legit , the whole thing is a spoof and absolutely infuriating!
