Who called me from this phone number (602) 365-0075

Obviously a call center. I heard the beep when I answered the phone, and there was a delay. I say, "hello and what are you selling today?". This man proceeds to berate me for my phone etiquette, claiming to be a superior person, athen hung up. I called the number from a different line, and the same voice answered "hello". No idea what this is, but it's concerning that the caller has people's personal info and is seemingly violent in nature.
