Obviously a call center. I heard the beep when I answered the phone, and there was a delay. I say, "hello and what are you selling today?". This man proceeds to berate me for my phone etiquette, claiming to be a superior person, athen hung up. I called the number from a different line, and the same voice answered "hello". No idea what this is, but it's concerning that the caller has people's personal info and is seemingly violent in nature.

The number is listed to Sellx LLC. Caller ID can be "Vet Support Fund" which is a scammer/fraudster but they also say they are a charity for children. Lots of complaints about then at 800notes web site. Beware.
