constantly calling my cell phone but unable to leave message as I have no mail box.
I answered and they greeted me with an old last name, asked me to confirm my address and refused to disclose who they worked with and what the "account" in question was. I told them to have the company email me with the email on their file to which she responded they could not. Told them I wouldn't be confirming anything. She got pissed and informed her she didn't even have the correct name.
No voicemail. Called back and was told to enter account number or full social security number. They said they were Jefferson Capital Systems.
