Who called me from this phone number (585) 484-7998

It was a blocked number that later showed up as ?+1 (585) 484-7998?. Claimed to be a real estate agent that needed someone in my area. Message stated they would not be able to talk but call back and a co worker could help me. Clearly low level spam and an auto dialed.
