The call came in and when I answered they hung up. The call says it originated in Bliss NY meaning a cell tower. The person answered wanted to know why I called. I said you called me. He wanted to ow my name. I said if this IS spectrum then your software would know who I am by caller ID. I asked if they were pushing promotion. The answer was if I knew who you were then I would k ow ow what the call was about. Something fishy as hell in the call. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is probably a duck. If it smells of a fake or phishing call..... real suspicious. Anyway, the guy was very unprofessional as he didnt seem to know anything
