They call and hang up I did redail and got the same man said he didn't call and hang up then hung up again
Said they were from RG&E (Rochester Gas and Electric, NY) conducting a survey. Asked if this number is a landline or cell phone. After I said both phone numbers go to the same phone, and I'd have to know what number he called. He said Thank You, That is All. Then hung up. I'm probably going to get unsolicited text messages from now on from a bunch of fake phone numbers
Only rings a few times, not enough to get voice mail. Disconnects without message.
