Who called me from this phone number (585) 283-7348

Answered the phone, was told that the call was being recorded, they were calling from a vacation company and asked if I could hear them okay. My response was "not interested" and the woman continued to talk, I repeated not interested several more times and she never broke stride. I repeatedly pressed 9 until she hung up and the calls have been blocked.
