Trying to get me to do something with my new mortgage in Virginia. I no longer LIVE in NY. I told the first caller I wasn't interested and hung up. They called me again and after I said to put me on their do not call list, he continued to talk saying something like well, I haven't told you anything yet and rambled on about my new property.... I held the phone away from my ear and said LOUDLY again put me on your do not call list and hung up. That's twice in one day! This number is now blocked. If they call me again, I will be getting VERY nasty with them!

4th call I've received from this number. Not a debt collector as I have no debts. I still believe this to be a spam caller. Leaves no message.

Called AGAIN today. Clearly a spam or scam issue - I don't answer and they do not leave a message.

The guy called me by name and then started rambling about how his name is pronounced and when I told him I was at work and wanted to know what this was regarding he said he would call back at another time and hung up on me.

When I answered he called me by name. Being Halloween was in a hurry and said yes. He then hung up. Have heard of scams where they get you to say yes. Then use it for an agreement where you verbally agred to whatever when they said can you hear me?
