Complaints about Phone Numbers585-204-####

Got a call on my cell phone which is on the do not call list. No word from the other end but I didn't say anything either. Each this phony call cost me 20 cents/minute because this phone is on a minute rate

I received a call from 585-204-3206 and it rang and left no message. I called back from my other phone it a message stated I called LCN and it hung up.

Just don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

Keep calling but no message left.

Received call on my mobile, did not pick up.
