I received an automated voicemail message claiming a relative with the same last name as mine had a complaint pending and has been "officially notified" by the voicemail. Provided a file number to them with "questions or to rectify the matter". Yes, this is a scam.
Received a call that said to return call to 580-204-0525 stating I needed to use complaint # or they would come to my work or home. They did not have my correct name.

Recorded message with my maiden name stated by computer. Stated they received faxed complaint against me and to call this # and use reference # they gave me. Ended by you have been officially served.
The call I received came from 717-309-9935 - a female said they have legal papers please call back to 580-204-0525 (this was a computer generated voice stating this phone number and the "complaint" number) then the live female said "ya'll have been served" and hung up
Received multiple calls everyday. Saying they had 2 pending legal matters against me and even threating me. However they frist have the wrong last name. I did not give any of my information but found out the companies from them. I called The companies of these supposed matters myself and was told they have no accouts or legal matters against me. Its a scam.

Received a phone call with an ID of 760-223-7396 with what seems to be a recorded call. The beginning was chopped off, but the person mentioned two claims, and that since they can't reach me by phone, they will try to contact me at my home or business. And that if I contact by phone, I can resolve the matter voluntarily, whereas if I get contacted at home or business, that might not be the case. They ended saying I've been officially notified. The callback number was 580-204-0525, and the claim number they gave was SRS 101078. That was all the information. I didn't bother calling back.
