Who called me from this phone number (574) 406-8256

I just received a call from this number at 5:57 pm ..I answered and automatically a recorded message said " You have successfully been added to our do not call list " and then hung up...I have no idea what the hell it was about as i haven't asked to be put on a do not call list..i was left with a weird feeling..
