Caller stated it was for a realtor who could sell my home. But that wasn't stated until after I questioned how they had my name and phone number. Plus why were they asking the questions they did. Wanted to arrange for the realtor to visit. It actually sounded more like a scammer looking to verify info than a cold call. Even asked for an email address. If this is legit, they need to add caller ID identifying themselves, and change their approach. Recommend not answering.
They ask if I’m available and when I respond with what this is in reference to, they hang up.
