Complaints about Phone Numbers570-319-####

Phone rang at 915 am 10-22-19, CID clarks summit pa 570-319-4269. I answered "hello." A lady's friendly voice came on "this is Grace with administration on a recorded line." I did not reply - I kept silent. And there was absolutely nothing more spoken by "Grace." I knew then this was some sort of unwanted call; telemarketer, scam, etc. I knew this was a call where the caller is a robot who would respond to my answers and make me think the caller was a real person. At other times when it occurs to me it's a robot who sounds real, I throw off the robot by asking her what color her hair is.

This number keeps calling me. I returned call and an operator stated "this call may be recorded. How can I help you?" In the backround I could hear multiple people talking. I hung up.
