Who called me from this phone number (562) 377-7598

This health insurance company calls from multiple numbers. All you hear is a beep, and then a hang up. When you call back, you get a sales recording that is prompted by your voice in an attempt to appear that you are actually speaking with a person. But, the response follows a sales pitch, and not what your dialogue pertains to. Very shady! I reported the number to the FTC.
