Get calls from April constantly offering cash for buying house in the area. We have told her to stop calling once but now either it's a recording that plays or she ingnores when we answer the call and talk. My number is on do not call list and she was told that. Pure harassment.
Warning: This is a real estate scammer. A person named April left a message asking about a property and said to call her back at 562-362-4472. The phone number is recorded message asking for your name, phone number, and property address. DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH YOUR INFORMATION. All professional real estate agents, companies, etc. must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry. Both phone numbers (562-362-4472 & 310-340-0183) are associated with scammers. I filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC, and other applicable agencies.

Same information as above. Female subject named "April". Called her "cell phone" number back on a blocked number and an automated recording then stated to "press one to connect". After approx two seconds of no action the call self-terminated.
Like many others have reported, this "April" person called and left a voicemail about wanting to buy my home. The number originated as 310-881-8426 but "April's" callback number is 562-362-4472. Beware and do not pick up this call or call them back. They're clearly fraudulent scammers.

Caller id shows 310 881 8426 -- it is a recorded ROBOCALL from "April" wanting to buy real estate -- albeit she can't even keep the story straight about that as she yammers on - and leaves her cell of 562-362-4472.
