Caller ID is from Seal Beach Ca. Hello this for a Medical alert system this is alissa & this call is being recorded...can you hear me? She wants you to say YES. I told her I do not want to talk to her & hung up. Call may be legitimate but I think they need your "YES" to be recorded for whatever reason. Block these Seal Beach ID #'s as they call constantly.
