Complaints about Phone Numbers562-261-####

Numerous calls from 562 261 0169. First call had a recording asking to hold on, next to calls (within 10 minutes) said nothing. It's a phone number phishing scam that looks for phone numbers that get answered so they can sell the numbers to other scammers. This group calls my business non stop. I had 3 brand new phone numbers generated to avoid these people. Either Spectrum is selling them the #'s or they are auto generating numbers and letting a robot sort out valid or not.

"You won a Wal-Mart gift card! To receive your prize, you must give your full-name, number, address, medical insurance number, and I.D. number."
