Called the number back and it was a girl that picked up, sounded like she was walking or fumbling with her phone, I didnt say anything and she hung up. I'd say this is a scam.
I am also on the do not call registry. They call, no not say anything and hangs up. I redialed the number several times it rings once, machine say "goodbye," and disconnects.
