started call with language making it sound as if legal criminal complaints filed against individual and evasive when questioned if he was providing a service
Claiming to be with Comcast and wanting to offer me a better deal than we already have but does not even know if we have internet or phones thru Comcast. If you are with Comcast wouldn't you be able to pull up our current account without asking me for that info?
