Who called me from this phone number (561) 223-6698

11:31 a.m. they called didn't answer. Checked the number and this is what I found. It's supposedly a medical care provider and anonymous reported they said "I have medical care through them but I don't they want my social date of birth and my private information and it makes no sense definitely a scam."
