Sounded like a computer speaking. Claim to be collecting donations for police officers that were shot in the line of duty. Can't remember exactly what the he called the organization but it was something about law enforcement. When I asked for more information he just lowered the amount and ask to send an envelope for the lower amount. Just hung up after that
