The number is not active within PG&E, though it is their number. The caller did not leave a message, so I suspect the number is being spoofed. However, it's important to mention that today I have a PG&E tech coming out, so the coincidence makes me think the caller was legit.
This is genuine PG&E Number used for callbacks to customers who have billing disputes.
