559-377-4771-My carrier silences those calls which are not in my contacts. There are instructions on voice mail to leave name & reason for call. Caller CHOSE to not leave information.
I keep getting calls on my landline from the same area code 559 that I don't recognize so I do not answer, I block the phone number which is one digit different from previous calls, I attempted to call the phone number & receive a disconnected phone message or circuits are busy.
