Who called me from this phone number (559) 254-6189

Called me to say I was a candidate for several jobs. I asked what company they were with several times and they hung up. Called them back to complain and got a recorded call with 2 options, 1) Do not call list, 2) here is the email address to send questions. I don't care if telemarketers call, but it is absolutely rude if they hang up if you ask simple questions. Gives me doubt that they are legitimate in any way.
