A lady on my phone was raising her voice at me to speak to the person in charge of the PG&E gas bill at my job (clearly I wouldnt know anything about company gas bills), but she demanded multiple times to speak to someone (I was asking questions to direct her call but she just kept yelling). When I put her on hold to call a manager she hung up
