Rather than doing their due diligence, Credit Management calls my home every day looking for an individual who my family does not know and harasses us. This has been ongoing for 14 YEARS! If they did their due diligence they would know that this individual does not leave here, has not lived here, nor have they had this phone number for the last 14 YEARS! Yet they call every day. I am filing a complaint for harassment since this is ridiculous.
