Who called me from this phone number (551) 237-8968

The person that called stated that they work for my medical insurance and that I am on 11 medications and she would like to help me with my benefits. When I asked she stated that it was a TeleMed call. I did tell her that telemed calls are when you schedule an appointment with your provider. I will reach out to my employer and will ask why wasn't I notified that I would receive a call from a third party person.
