I received an e-mail today (2-4-2022) just like the one described above. However, my purchase was for $605.94. I contacted my bank to be on the watch for this.
I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL ON 02/03/2022 . THEY SAID CONFIRMING A PURCHASE ORDER MADE THRU PAYPAL, FOR A TOTAL OF $ 556.00 FOR BTC COIN. I MADE A CALL TO PAYPAL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS SEEMS TO BE A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. I WAS ASKED TO GO INTO A COMPUTER, WHICH I DIDN'T. I REPORTED THIS TO spoof@paypal.com. They advised me not to give any of my information. They just want my personal information to get into my paypal account. BE VERY AWARE OF ANY EMAILS / DON'T OPEN OR REPLY. 02/04/2022.
