Got a call, asking for Jet very rude

Got a call from 551 209-5104 I don't know anyone in New Jersey or live there. Rang a few times and hung up, leaving no message. Not sure if this is a scam call etc.

Called twice so far in a span of a week, no message.

Early morning call, 8:00 AM. left no message. Will block this number.

The guy sounds like a str8 narc. He calls my house all the time from different numbers. Such a pain. Scammer. Don't believe him. He's full of shit. 1st he's collecting for PBA. Then student loans etc. I already give to my local PBA in my town. Leave me & other people alone. SCAMMER ALERT!!

Called me 3X with no message left. When I try to call back, I get a recording that it is an outbound call # only. Blocked the # on my phone.
