Who called me from this phone number (541) 801-2603

Dude said his name was some name that couldn't even be pronounced. Asked me if I knew how much I currently owe the atate.or federal IRS. I immediately knew it was a scam. I said loudly, "stop scamming you fucking loser!". He hung up.
