Who called me from this phone number (541) 665-3376

I receive calls from this number everyday. It's always around 8:44-8:46. They always call twice but never leave a message. I've tried calling back but I have received a message telling me that I've reached a number that is no longer in service. And that I'm to check the number and try again..
