Who called me from this phone number (541) 526-5577

This number sent a text and called with a code for Whatsapp. I’ve never used or download that application. Since I had no idea what the app was this has to be a scam.

This phone number, 541-526-5577, left a text message, asking me to verify my whatsapp subscription. I was provided with a fake link and a code. It is a scam to get account information.
