Who called me from this phone number (541) 288-9355

Got a call from 541-288-9355 claiming to be from Medicare. Phone number showed Unassigned... he said they were based in Washington DC, but he was using a local number. Wanted my Medicare number and a lot of personal information. I told him I was not comfortable giving this information out. He assured me I had nothing to worry about. I had to hang up on him.
