Who called me from this phone number (540) 882-1343

Caller ID showed potential spam. Answered saying "what?" Caller gave his name from consumer something calling on a recorded line and said "can you hear me ok?" I said "I don't know what you want" ... he hung up. Most likely trying to get me to say "yes"
