Mumbled response when I answered call at approximately 1830DST 26 May 2018. *69 responded 540-277-9932. Called back, it responded "number has been disconnected". Disconnected within 30 seconds???? Who is the service provider and why have they not shut down this abuse? Somebody who is selling these blocks of numbers needs to be in jail.
