This man said his name was TJ Kirk and had information about my vacant house which I am getting ready to list. Wanted to know if I would take cash. He hung up when I asked for his Virginia license #!
Several messages wanting to purchase one of my properties. Has no idea of the property, just bottom feeding. Trying to find someone to give him something cheap.
Got a message with my name in it, asking if I got their voicemail and if we could connect.
Said their name is TJ and that they are a local home buyer and wanted to know if I was interested in selling my home. They called me by my first name and had my home address. I asked how they obtained all of my information and I received this reply, "Public databases, I pulled a list and skiptraced it.". I asked them to remove me from their list and not to contact me again.
Caller stated he was told the owner of the house wanted to sell. Before I said no, he said he wanted info about the seller.
