Indian caller advising he was from Chase Bank. Advised I was being offered a lower interest rate on a card for having made all my payments on time. I do not even have a Chase Card but this moron continued to insist I did demanding I provide him the expiration date of the card. I advised him to go to hell and he again continued to read from a script. FRAUD AND SCAM!!!
