This number calls me and before I can answer they have already hung up. Why can these calls be stopped as it is a pain in the rear to go to your phone and they have already hung up. America is supposed the most intelligent of all Countries , yet they cannot put a stop to these scammers that invade people's private phone numbers.......These scammers are so intelligent that their calls can not be halted......What a screwed up mess this is........
