I am on DO NOT CALL registry as well and receive this robo call several times a day...BS!!!
They call but do not speak hold the line for a moment then hang up.
They call then refuse to anawer. They hang up. Very rude.

Called 6 times in 20 minutes. This is harassment
8 calls all in one day. Spam. Why are they allowed to do this when I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY?
Calling numerous times in less than 1 hour. This is ridiculous, I am on the Do Not Call registry. Why does this continue? Finally got ATT Call Protect, that has helped more than anything else!
