Who called me from this phone number (530) 430-2550

Recorded message on my machine (landline) at 10:14 am Friday, June 18. The caller said her name and addressed me by my first name. The recording was not clear-- sounded like Karen from Floral? House?. Told me to call 530-430-2550. Seems suspicious so I did not call.
