Who called me from this phone number (530) 426-5090

The claim to be from a company called USA Finance Services asking to verify your personal information. The Loan officer I spoke with was Harry Nix. But had a sound foreign. When I asked for the web site it would not populate. He texted me with the website and again it didn't populate. I hung up
