Who called me from this phone number (530) 418-7163

Totally UNSAFE PHONE # Only message left return call prior to legal action being taken so I called from a different number and to my surprise call was answer by the Inspector Office for Social Security confirming SS#, DOB and if I lived in a specific state!!! BTW, our answering machine clearly ID'ed our phone as a Govt phone line and they still left a message. SCREAMING, seriously...if this is not enough for the FTC to get involved; FOLKS we certainly have a problem. Called originated from International +1 (530) 418-7163, 0015304187163
