I have had a private phone # for 7 years and I never receive outside calls. Until this year after receiving two separate calls from the Police asking/insisting on a donation. "The man was rude". I explained that I am unable at this time. After that I have been plagued with calls (37 times a week) from a phone # identified as (Spam? Redding C 530-410-0196) & 530-410-0196. I'd look into that.
