Received a robo voicemail "from the IRS, which will get expired in the next 2 working hours, and once this has expired after that, you will be taken under custody by federal officers... there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name..." The message doesn't even use proper grammar. What is this?

wanted a call back to settle some "crime"
wanted me to call back saying I had 4 serious allegations against me and that the federal officers would come get me if I didn’t call back.
Similar to previous complaint - something about Federal custody and 4 warrants out for me. Wanted a call back to settle the matter.
Received a voicemail from a recorded computer voice indicating there were four serious charges filed against me and that I must call the number back immediately or a warrant would be issued for my arrest.
This was the automated message I recieved ; “After that you will be taken under custody by federal agents ?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment you would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 530-378-9374 I repeat 530-378-9374 thank you…”
