Who called me from this phone number (530) 249-3285

I received a text from 530-249-3285 stating my BAA acct. had been suspended due to suspicious activity and to visit https://prepaidsupport.duckdns.org/CA/prepaid/ to restore access. The duckdns is the giveaway to me. DON'T GO TO ANY LINKS these scammers tell you to visit. This is how they steal your identity.
