Message machine says Deborah Lawrence when you call back. Lovely lady with a foul mouth claiming anybody that talks to her is ignorant and stupid. Says she's an arbitrator. Says when I asked her to serve said party that she's not interested in that. Continuously hangs up when you try to talk to her. Obviously a scam, no professional would act like this.
